integrate or disintegrate - Literatu integrates!
We integrate all O365 education and organisational accounts with what is called SSO ( Single Sign On).
Any teacher or student using an EDU profile in O365, can immediately register and login using their O365 credentials. No new password, just a direct line to Literatu.
There is no reason NOT to integrate systems where-ever possible. Literatu has a very open approach to user accounts, data and content because that makes it easier for schools to work with us. Fragmented systems simply make more work for teachers.
Literatu integrates with many platforms and systems via open industry accepted API's
Integration with the LIT LMS standards means we can talk to LMS systems, sending grades and scores across into LMS based grade book systems.
Of course. The Google email profile is fully supported as is Google Classroom. Teachers can set up classes in Google - they are replicated in Literatu. Assigning activities to Classroom is easy and students working inside Classroom is even easier. Some days, Students dont even know they are using Literatu!
Teachers, classes, students, assignments, all user accounts - Literatu integrates them all.
Scribo and One Note Classroom are two great examples of deep in-application integration with Literatu. Teachers can create assessments in PowerPoint, saving them seamlessly into Literatu. When teachers assign work, students are notified and indeed complete work using One Note Classroom. All results and learning journals are updated in One Note. That's what we call integration.
Yes, the very cool Classroom and all of it's super smooth SIS connections, all work beautifully with Literatu. Bring it on!
API Based integration
Swapping credentials with other systems is easy. We have an access API that connects other systems not linked via Office or Google. We also have API end points that let other systems send us information and or course the reverse. We have integrated with major platforms in India and Australia, sending data, feedback, grades, users - you name it. Our API is documented and ready to talk.
