Q: Is Vision a monthly subscription system?
A: No - who needs more subs to manage? Vision token packs can be purchased as and when you need them. Any balance of tokens can be used for a year, across the year. For example, your child has a looming mid-term class assessment. A $40 Token Pack (3.5 Starbuck Coffees) can be used in the frantic lead up to the test with any balance kept for next term or homework next week.
Q: Which assessment books are compatible with Vision?
A: Books from MCE and EPH that have the Vision Compatible sticker on the cover are included in the Vision book library. These books can be purchased from Popular Book Stores.
Q: Vision works on Tokens. What are tokens?
A: Like many AI tools, Vision uses tokens to complete tasks. Each image scan consumes tokens so buying a token pack makes it easy for you to manage usage and your budget. The tokens consumed per scan varies by the image quality and complexity of questions on the page. For example, a page with 4 multiple-choice questions would cost fewer tokens than a page with 4 short-answer questions. To check your current token balance, simply check out the bottom left corner of your menu. The minimum token pack is $40.
Q: Can tokens be used for any book and for all my children?
A: Yes token packs can be shared by sibings! Do note that tokens can only be used for Vision Compatible Assessment books purchased from Popular Books. There is a clear sticker on the cover of each of these books. Parents can register multiple child accounts in Vision making the tokens available for use by each child. For example, both your P6 and Lower Sec 1 children can share a token pack for the books they use.

Q: How accurate is the optical character recognition (OCR) technology of Vision?
A: Vision goes beyond conventional OCR technology. Our AI engine captures a broad range of handwriting styles. If Vision can't read the handwriting, the final exam assessors (likely human) are unlikely to recognise it! Good handwriting improves good answers.
Q: How is Claro different from generic chatbots like ChatGPT?
